We are very happy to confirm your registration request! Please issue your payment within 14 days in order to complete your registration. We will not send reminders and we have to give away your spot if we do not receive your payment in time.
The contribution is 95,- EUR (59,- EUR for students under the age of 29) in case of single registration, or 190,- EUR in case you register together with a partner. This includes the VCTM full pass, Sunday afterparty and fruit, sweets, warm and cold snacks, coffee, tea and fruit juice throughout the event. Please transfer the money together for you and your partner if possible.
Students:
If you register and pay as a student, please be prepared to provide us with a valid student ID card issued from your university during check-in at the welcome desk.

In case regular bank transfer is tricky or expensive in your country, you may check out Transferwise which is offering a good alternative to regular bank transfers in basically any country. Please use the option to transfer to “Business/Charity” and our IBAN: AT64 2011 1823 5148 6200 and “TANGO-DJ AT” as recipient as the form does not allow “.” If a birthday is required, please try again and chose “Business/Charity” instead of “”Someone else”.
Paypal:
You can issue your payment to our e-mail address: “contact@viennacallingtangomarathon.com” via Paypal. Please use the payment option “Sending money to a friend” and using paypal funds for your payment. If this option is not available in your country please add 4,- EUR to cover paypal fees.
Exceptions:
If the money transfer is related with too much trouble in your country, please get in touch with us and we may agree on payment at check-in as an exception.
Transaction fees:
In case of possible transaction fees we are going to ask you to pay them during check-in at the welcome desk. Additional transaction fees might occur when using paypal (~4%), SEPA transfers from Switzerland (~12,- EUR) or Non-EUR bank transfers.)
