Easy Going Yoga with Jelena
You do not need any Yoga knowledge – totally beginners are welcome!
The class is for everybody who want to relaxe and refresh the tiered muscles and to give the hole body an “easy feel good relaxing start” for the following marathon day/night.
If you have a yoga mat great – otherwise come with a towel.
My background is to be a professionel ballet and contemporary dancer and yoga certificated vinyasa yoga teacher. Since many many years argentine tango dancing became my personal big love. And I do know exactly what the body needs from stretching and littel massage technics to get ready for another wunderfull dancing day at the marathon.
